Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Starter and Growth plans include a one-time $1,500 setup fee that gets your AI agent fully built, integrated, tested, and live before billing begins. Our team handles custom agent architecture, CRM integration, website integration, calendar integration, prompt writing, voice tuning, and test calls. You pay it once at signup and never again. Enterprise setup is quoted based on use case complexity.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

Nothing breaks. Your agents keep running and we contact you to discuss the right next plan or a top up that fits your usage. We never cut off live calls or surprise you with overage charges before talking it through.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. We will help you size the right plan based on the actual call volume your agents are doing.

What does implementation include?

Our team designs and builds your agent architecture, integrates with your CRM, calendar, and website, writes and tunes the prompts to your business, and runs test calls until it sounds right. Implementation is a one-time setup engagement that gets your agent fully deployed and live before billing begins.
